We can ship to virtually any address in the world. If the country of your choice is not available during checkout, please contact us and we will be happy to help place an order for you. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Available shipping options can be viewed live, before an order is placed, on either the Cart or the Checkout page.
Free Shipping
Our free shipping option is available to all domestic online orders of $100 or more. We will typically use USPS or Ground services that are most cost effective for us when this option is selected. This shipping option is generally slower than our other options. In most cases, your order should arrive within 4-5 days once shipped, however an order with this option could take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
Winter Shipping
Due to the nature of P.T.M., shipping during the months of November - February can be limited because of the cold temperatures and the potential of freezing . If an order is placed with any of our P.T.M. containers, we will try our best to work with you and the shipping option you selected. Sometimes the shipping option may need to be adjusted so that the material can arrive more quickly and safely.
Domestic Orders
We currently offer Flat Rate shipping options and FedEx calculated shipping options on our website for all domestic locations. Additional information about the Flat Rate shipping and FedEx options are below.
Flat Rate Options
RUSH IT! - 1-3 business days to arrive once shipped, typically ships USPS Priority Mail.
TELEPORT IT! - 1-2 business days to arrive once shipped, typically USPS Express Mail, FedEx 2-day or Overnight.
Please note that these Flat Rate options may change from order-to-order due to varying order conditions such as size, weight, location and our shipping costs. We will always utilize the postage paid by selecting the fastest shipping option we can for our customers.
FedEx Calculated Options
FedEx 2-Day - Guaranteed 2 business day arrival once shipped.
FedEx Standard Overnight - Guaranteed 1 business day arrival once shipped, typically before 8:00 PM local time.
FedEx Priority Overnight - Guaranteed 1 business day arrival once shipped, typically between 10:00 AM- 3:00 PM local time.
Before an order is placed, the calculated FedEx shipping costs can be viewed on the cart or checkout pages of our website. The calculated shipping costs are generated based on order conditions such as size, weight, and location.
International Orders
We currently offer USPS and FedEx calculated shipping options on our website for all eligible international locations. Additional information about the calculated shipping options are below. These general times frames are not guaranteed and do not necessarily include the time or potential delays during customs clearance.
Post (USPS) Options
Quick Ship International - 6-10 business days to arrive once shipped, typically ships USPS Priority Mail International.
Express Ship International - 3-5 business days to arrive once shipped, typically USPS Express Mail International.
Please note that these options do not offer guaranteed delivery dates or times and are generally much slower than the FedEx International options.
FedEx Calculated Options
International Economy - 4-7 business days to arrive once shipped.
International Priority - 1-4 business days to arrive once shipped.
Please note that the delivery days vary based on the shipping location. FedEx will tend to be much quicker and reliable when chosen as a shipping option.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
Incoming orders are always fulfilled as quickly as possible as we can relate to how important it is to have materials available for upcoming projects and deadlines. With that said, we will typically get an order shipped out within 1-2 business days from the date of the order. We try and keep a healthy stock of all items, however some orders may take longer to ship based on the products ordered as some products are made to order due to their volume and/or longevity. Below are a few important details about our fulfillment of orders.
- Most orders ship within 1-2 business days (weekends excluded)
- Orders with larger volumes of P.T.M. (> or equal to 16 oz), Hi-Ro Slip and Red Drum (> or equal to 1 Gallon) may take longer to fulfill as these items are made to order.
- Our Silicone Mold stock is limited and is typically a product we like to make to order. We do this to maximize their life span while helping us minimize production costs.
